Hotel Service Utrecht is an online hotel reservation service that takes all the work off your hands as a conference and event organizer. Hotel Service Utrecht is a free online booking module via which your (international) conference and event participants can, easily and securely, reserve and pay for their hotel room.

Procedure
For you as organizer, there are no costs associated with our hotel accommodation module and service. Hotel Service Utrecht will place options at specifically selected hotels for your event, which are then included in our module where your conference participants can easily book and pay for a room online. Any pre-existing options can also be included and processed in our module.
Our revenues come from the hotel commission on the rooms booked. If fewer rooms are booked than expected, no extra costs will be made. For the organization (speakers, organizing committee, faculty and such) we can reserve rooms online and charge you on an invoice basis.
